Príma Porta Guesthouse awaits those, who want to rest and relax in the center of the town, but in a quiet environment, on a hillside 750 m from Lake Balaton. The guesthouse is located in a calm, pleasant environment, and ideal for rest and relaxation. The central beach of the town can be reached with a comfortable eight-minute walk.
Our guests can enjoy the buffet breakfast on the covered terrace in the garden, which is also panoramic and surrounded by flowers. Breakfast is served on the spot between 8 and 10 am. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
Our rooms are newly renovated, air-conditioned, with 2 or 4 beds, each has its own bathroom (shower and toilet), refrigerator, electric kettle, TV and free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms overlook to the Lake Balaton and have a terrace with a wonderful view. All rooms of the guesthouse are non-smoking!
For rest and relaxation, garden sunbeds and sports equipment are available to our guests. Our common room equipped with TV and pool table is perfect for friendly conversations. Due to its character as a spa town, Balatonalmádi has several beaches and numerous sports opportunities for those who want to relax. You can go fishing, sailing, playing tennis, hiking, horseback riding, and cycling on the bike path. surrounding the lake. All rooms of the guesthouse are non-smoking! Check-in: between 13:00 and 18:00. The rooms can be occupied from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the key must be returned by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Please occupy the rooms no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day of our arrival. If this is not possible, please let us know the late arrival. Otherwise, we cannot provide the ordered service. The prices are in EUR and include accommodation fee with buffet breakfast, air conditioning and daily cleaning. Tourist tax: HUF 710, which must be paid on the spot, in cash. Special periods: Friday, Saturday and the nights of public holidays. In the main season, in July and August we accept bookings for minimum 4 nights. Discounts: accommodation is free for children under the age of two, 50% for children under five, and 30% for children under twelve. When making a reservation, please inform us of the arrival of children in all cases! In case of cancellations at the spot or early departures, the full cost of the holiday will be charged. A 33% deposit must be paid for reservations within 1 day. The reservation is considered valid when the down payment has been received on our account, of which we send a confirmation email. In the absence of the down payment, the booking is considered invalid.

We ask our dear guests to take care of the guesthouse, its furnishings and utensils! The rooms can be occupied from 1 p.m., the key must be returned by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside of the building (staircase, corridor, rooms) You can light a fire and smoke in the designated area and only at your own risk! Please everyone take care of your health! We cannot take responsibility for injuries resulting from accidents! Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. Breakfast is served on the spot between 8 and 10 am. Cleaning: between 10-13 am Change of bed linen: weekly Towel change: twice a week Only guests who pay the accommodation fee can stay in the guest house. In the closed courtyard, one car can be parked for free per room, in the traditional sense. Due to the terrain, the parking spaces have different features. Thank you for your understanding! The parking lot is not suitable for minibuses, pick-ups and commercial vehicles.

Easily accessible, wonderful panorama, beautiful building and courtyard, abundant, varied and very delicious breakfast, attentive service covering every little detail from the hosts. I owe a lot of thanks and gratitude to Éva and Ferenc, who made it possible for me to spend 6 fantastic days at the Prima Porta Guest House. I would definitely come back!
I spent a fantastic 7 days in the guest house! The hosts are incredibly kind and always go out of their way to please their guests. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, they prepared different hot dishes every day! When they found out about my sensitivity, they offered to make a warm sandwich from my own gluten-free bread, so I didn't miss out on the delicacy either. Such an attitude is rare:) The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning. The view of Lake Balaton is beautiful. I also heartily recommend it for families, because I saw how kindly they treated the children:) There is a COOP at the end of the street, as well as a bakery and restaurant nearby! The center is an 8-minute walk away
Smiling, kind hosts awaited. The dining terrace is full of beautiful flowers, really cozy! There is order and cleanliness everywhere. We had a hearty breakfast every day. They made clear, normal and enforceable requests regarding the policy. You have to go up a steep slope to the accommodation, but the view more than makes up for it! The mattress on the bed was hard, which was not so comfortable for us.
The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and varied. The restaurants did everything to make us feel good. Sleeping on the new mattress was also relaxing. The cleanliness was also unique. We would like to thank Éva and Ferenc for everything.
A very nice welcome, the beds are really comfortable (as it turned out later, the mattresses were freshly changed) and a beautiful view of Lake Balaton.
Our hosts were very kind, they helped us in everything. The rooms are very practical and clean. The breakfast was wonderful and we were able to have a pleasant conversation with our hosts. There is also a beautiful, well-kept flower garden and a small playground. Perfect for couples and families, and the beach is only 3 minutes away by car.
The host couple were extremely kind. They try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, nothing was broken or badly used. The rooms also have a balcony with a beautiful view, as well as a clean and well-functioning air conditioner. Éva and Ferenc are extremely kind and attentive hosts. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and varied. The house and the beautiful garden praise the handiwork and sophistication of the owners. We were very satisfied with everything, and according to our plans, we will return in larger numbers, in the company of our family members. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
We couldn't wait for breakfast, so we asked for a cold pack. We got exactly what we asked for, and they even packed us little niceties, which was extremely nice on our tour. The hosts are very nice, you really feel like a guest.
