The natural environment of town Balatonalmádi belongs to the most beautiful and most precious sites in the country. Due  to its unique location and beautiful hill-side environment, the town has a pleasing climate and a wonderful view to the Lake Balaton.

Guest house " Prima Porta " is located on the hillside close to the city centre, but still offers you a pleasant and quite stay. Our rooms are freshly renovated, and are ideal for 2 or 4 people, each of them has its own bathroom ( shower, toilet ), refrigerator, television, air conditioner, free WIFI access, and a balcony. When you step out on the balkony you can enjoy beautiful scenery of the lake Balaton. If you wish to walk around the town, the city centre takes 5 minutes walking, and you can get to the beach in 8 minutes.

Our prices contain breakfast, which is served in a cosy terrace, full of wonderful flowers and a beautiful view to the Lake Balaton.

For your pleasant and relaxing stay, we offer you deckchairs in the garden, and sport tools. Our lobby is equipped with televísion and pool table, which is ideal to spend a nice evening together with your friends.

The guest house is located in a peaceful, pleasant environment. Ideal for relaxation. Due to its central location and guests wishing to relax, it is not suitable for large group events.

Balatonalmádi has several beaches and sports facilities for those who wish to relax. Fishing, sailing, tennis, going for a trip, horseback riding or cycling on the bike road around Lake Balaton.

It is worth visiting the nearby wineries offering typical local wines.

Check-in time is between 1 pm-6 pm

The rooms can be occupied from 1 pm on the day of the arrival. Please leave the room by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Please check in by 6 pm.

Please let us know if you wish to check in at another time (other than 1 pm-6 pm). Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the ordered services.

Prices are in EUR and include buffet breakfast, air conditioning, daily cleaning service and taxes.

High season: Friday, Saturday nights and national holidays (1^st May, Pentecost, 20^th August)

In the main season, in July and August we accept bookings for minimum 4 nights.

Discounts: Accommodation is free up to 2 years, 50% up to 5 years and 30% up to 12 years.When booking, please note that the arrival of the children is always included!

In case of cancellation upon arrival or early departure, the total cost of the holiday will be charged.

For bookings, 33% deposit is payable within 3 business days. A reservation is considered valid once the deposit has been received on our bank account and a confirmation will be sent. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the service.

It is our pleasure to welcome you in Príma Porta guest house!

We are very happy that you chose our place to spend your holiday at!

Please let us draw your attention to some important issues, which will make your presence more comfortable.

We kindly ask our guests to take care of the guest house and of the furnishings.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside of the building (staircase, passageway, rooms)

You can smoke only at the assigned places for your own responsibility!

Please take care of your own physical safety. We are not responsible for any injuries caused by any accidents.

Cooking is not allowed in the rooms

Breakfast is served locally: 8-10 am

Cleaning service: between 10-13 am

Changing of the bedclothes: weekly

Changing of the towels: twice a week

Only guests paying the accommodation fee can stay in the guest house.

Within a closed courtyard, a car or motorcycle in the traditional sense can be parked per room.

Due to the topographic characteristics, parking places are different. Their usage depends on arrival sequence. Thank you for your understanding! 

Minibus pick-ups, off-road vehicles and commercial vehicles are not allowed in the parking lot.

Replacement of room key and electric gate opener: 15 000 Ft.
